Chili and Boots

Logline: When Dr. Charles Drew sends off his mentee, Dr. Charles Hunt, to serve as a medic in World War II Europe, Hunt leaves behind the love of his life, Dr. Pearl Foster who must decide what she really wants to fight for: love or medicine.

This screenplay runs roughly 90 pages, in three acts: Meet The Charles, Where Is Charles? All The Charles Go Home. The story is based on a collection of letters between my maternal grandparents, Dr. Charles Hunt and Dr. Pearl Foster.
